UFO Ejects Metal Over Iowa


On a cold December evening in 1977, Council Bluffs, Iowa was shaken by reports of a glowing red object crashing to earth in Big Lake Park. Witnesses—including local civilians, fire department, and police—claimed something fell from the sky, leaving behind molten metal glowing several inches thick over an area of six by four feet.
