Hayden Hewes and the International UFO Bureau

In 1957, an Oklahoma City teenager started one of America's longest-running UFO organizations. Hayden Hewes wrote to Khrushchev, and Khrushchev wrote back. Then he drew a visit from the FBI and the "Men in Black." He went on to investigate the Aurora airship crash, the Betty Andreasson abduction, and Jimmy Carter's sighting. In 1974, two strangers called Bo and Peep walked into his office claiming to be aliens. The world would later know them as the leaders of Heaven's Gate.
