I grew up in the vibrant college town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where curiosity, nature, and diverse worldviews shaped my early outlook on life. Surrounded by family and friends who encouraged me both in reflection and adventure, I developed a deep appreciation for the natural world and the power of lifelong learning.

An avid traveler, I have explored the far corners of the United States and many countries around the globe. My writing is enriched by these experiences, rooted in a belief that personal growth comes from staying open, adaptable, and always willing to evolve.
