So then the parents kind of panic, like what's going on? Where are the kids? There's searches take place all through the night.

And then the next day, a police officer is in this area of West Memphis that was known locally as Robin Hood Hills and was in a ditch with water and saw a shoe floating and investigated more and found that these three boys were submerged in this ditch, that somebody had taken kind of like sticks and pushed them down into the mud.

And so they were submerged underwater. They were brought up and out. They were tied in a very strange fashion with their right wrist tied to their right ankle. So they were like almost like a hog tie.
